Introduction:

I currently have over 20 years of engineering experience. I am a hands-on individual that works on the floor for engineering troubleshooting and expediting solutions. Also knowledgeable in the Brazing and Heat Treat processes (both Vacuum & Air Atmosphere) of Aluminum, Nickel Alloy Steels to Cobalt, with a total of 10 certifications (SCA, source certified agent). I am also strong with traditional fabrication processes, CNC metal-spinning and robotics (certified) programming, forgings, castings, sheet-metal fabrications, tool designing, surfaces finishes

(chemical, plates, paints, etc.), welding (TIG, MIG & Resistance), NDT’s & DT’s to creating routers and quotes for customers to an outsourcer of components and tool building. Also, strong on 3-D CAD (certified). Currently, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Project Management.

• Work with suppliers and vendors for better processes, machinery and lower cost, but promote quality.

• Project engineering on new and current products to increase production and reduce cost.

• 3D-CAD design and facilitate to build details, assemblies and tooling for components.

• Certified and work with Solid Works 3D modeling and creating drawings for production, tooling and misc. Review all jobs with specification requirements prior to releases.
