OBJECTIVE

A full-time CNC machining position requiring experience in programming and setting up jobs to run.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

Programming in Hurco conversational, "G" code and Fanuc codes. The ability to read and understand customer supplied blue prints. To set-up a job; i.e., Position, adjust, and secure stock material against stops or on fixtures either manually or using hoists. To select the proper tooling for the job and material. Inspect work for defects, and measure work to determine accuracy of machine operation, using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments. Repair and maintain Murata laths, Okuma grinders, Fanuc Robots and Gleason hobs.
