My duties consist of performing daily rounds of AHU's, MAU's, RTU's, Coldwater Chillers, Boilers, Fire Pump systems. I work to maintain the units listed above and VAV's, Generators, Cooling Towers and PVI's. Work on maintaining daily operation of all Hospital equipment. Perform Water Hardness and Coolant Chemical Testing for supplied water that feeds the Hospital change out lighting ballast and perform plumbing duties as needed along with training employees on such problems as they accrue. (Terex, Fantuzzi, and Linde) and rigger on all Crane assignments. As POC my duties include Customer contact with the U.S. Military for receiving TMR’s and organizing what is necessary to complete the mission at hand on time and in a safe manner. Our Contractual agreement is with the Department of Defense (DOD). The program falls under the operational auspices of the Civil Provisional Authority (CPA) in Iraq.
