Prepare Title V permits renewal applications for multiple compression and natural gas processing facilities in Texas. The project scope included identifying permit revisions and equipment changes, evaluating compliance with NSPS and NESHAP Regulations for reciprocating internal combustion engine (40 CFR 60 JJJJ and 40 CFR 63 ZZZZ) and NSPS 40 CFR 60 OOOO for storage tanks.
Prepare New Source Review (NSR) and Permits by Rule (PBR) for polyurethane production, methanol storage and bulk cement plants.
Prepare monitoring, record keeping and reporting tools (12-month rolling period throughput and emissions tracking) for Oil and Gas facilities in West Virginia to meet the compliance requirements of general permits (G-70A) and New Source Review (NSR -45CSR13) permits. Worked with clients to design and develop user-friendly tools.
Prepare Emission Inventory for upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities (compressor stations and gas processing plants) to meet TCEQ’s annual emission inventory reporting requirements.
Prepare GHG verification plans and audit reports for various electricity generation/cogeneration facilities, hydrogen production facilities and transportation facilities throughout California to verify reported GHG emissions under the California Air Resources Board’s Mandatory GHG Program. Major process units at the facilities include flares, cogeneration units, boilers and scrubbers.
