Counseled a national litigation support company regarding its document retention and computer usage policies, which will reduce their E-discovery costs in future litigation.

Enabled a professional association to negotiate a favorable settlement of an underlying lawsuit against a healthcare company by filing a motion to compel to secure accounting documentation to support the association’s lost profit damages that the healthcare company had refused to produce.
