Commercial Front Desk
Under the management of the DO and taking account of the established standards, supervise and lead all areas of the hotel
Daily checks on the VIP lists and ordering of corresponding activities.
Monitor completion of all administrative activities relating to Hotel Guest Rewarding/loyalty programme.
Read the Duty Manager logbook daily and react to current events.
Take over interdepartmental duties.
Guests Service / Satisfation
To offer our guests a friendly, efficient service at all times, taking account of the established service standard and management guidelines
Maintain regular contact with frequent guests and all important guests of the Hotel
Supervise Team Members in order to ensure smooth, prompt and polite service based on the standards.
Tidiness & Cleanliness
Supervise the order and cleanliness of the reception area and public areas and the appropriate appearance of Team Members
Maintain tidiness in the building and clothing in the department.
Undertake regular inspections in the reception and hall area to ensure that the installations and equipment are in a clean, perfect condition, well maintained and replaced / renewed as required.
Eat in a Food & Beverage outlet and give feedback using Hotel brand standard form to the DO and F&B Co-ordinator
Inspect arrival room using Hotel Brand Standard form and give feedback to the Executive Housekeeper
