Knowledge about the aggregate like FIP, TURBO, STEERING, CRS and coordinate with the OE's and getting the failure reports.

To assist in spare parts requirements in co-ordination with spares Dept.

Command over the man power management.

Involves myself in major over hauls of engine &transmission systems.

To build a friendly relation with customers to improve revenue through service.

Generating warranty claims & product failure reports (if necessary) & forwarding them to Principals

Business Survey/Marketing, Accident spot survey, outstanding payment, final Inspection, quality audit andCSI

Complete the Job card and secure customer approval (including cost estimate, vehicle delivery time and method of payment, warranty, Dos &Do not's, Etc.) during the reception and obtain customer signature on the Repair Order

To maintain important customers' database like fleeting owners, Opinion makers, etc.

Breakdown Services Review, Performance Evaluation and plan for enhanced performance

Monitoring Daily/ Weekly/Monthly Reports to be sent to AL(PRISM)Ensuring timely dispatch of reports, Quality of Reports &Analysis verifications and preparing all the concerned personnel for Audit by the Principals.

Interact with Spare parts personnel, discuss on the availability of Fast Moving Parts, VOR/ High Speed Order status and guide them in maintaining MSL'.
