Mozhaysky Military Space Academy in St.Petesburg (Russia) and was awarded as Construction Engineer (Civil, Academic Diploma U.S. Equivalency is Master degree, evaluated through World Education System, valid at all U.S.A. territory) in May 1999. From that time I inseparably have been doing my career in Construction branch including after commission exploitation. At initial I started as a foreman but also worked with tools (concrete saw cutting, breaking surfaces, grading, etc). Working as superintendent and then a project manager for 5 years I have worked and conducted up to 5 construction sites with building 5 bedroom 3 bath house and pool-building on each site. My responsibilities included procurement, providing and fulfillment of all construction documentation on the site, workmanship and technological oversee, hiring as an Agent of Contractor, proportions and drawing control. I was assumed to negotiate with an owner and architect in conjunction with any question he/she had. Also I worked as superintendent (in command) onto a pile building construction site in Moscow. All projects comprised external engineering utilities such as watermain, sewage, electricity and heating system. My responsibilities were supervision, procurement, workmanship and proportions control, including all utilities. Besides that I was working as an Agent of Governmental Agency (two of them in a different time) for 7 years. My responsibilities included an action with each clause of contract execution, such as inspections

(public works, buildings, appliances), affirmation of payment for work done (in part related), verification of compliance with project requirements, be in connection with architect and contractor as authority having jurisdiction from an Agency (owner) face. Examples of projects I have participated are (but not limited to) – Reconstruction with enlargement of Central Hospital of Ministry of Internal Affairs (including all internal and external utilities), Reconstruction with enlargement of three Hotels with new external utilities, adjacent storm drains and retain walls for Winter Olympic games 2014 in Sochi (same relief as in California), New construction of Administrative building with garage for 450 cars (with maintenance and wash zones) in Moscow. A lot of improvements and maintenance projects. As well I was a stakeholder and General Manager of construction company for 3 years. It has been medium size company. We constructed four 7 bedroom 5 bath houses and pool-buildings using a same project, the project had been designed by me. After commissioning owners decided to conclude an exploitation contract

(facility management) with our company. Also our company has fulfilled public works constructional contracts such as utilities services (sewages, plumbing) and roadways. Highlights
