Schindler India Pvt. Ltd. from 25.03.13 to till date as a Senior Engineer – Field Technical Support and responsible for Eastern Region.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Trouble Shooting, Supervise maintenance works of lifts and escalators

Selection, installation and wiring of different type of MCB, ELCB, RCCB etc. required at site

Installation, wiring, commissioning on different frequency drive system such as YASKAWA,VACON,BIODYN etc., Frequency Drive parameters programming, auto tuning with motors, software up-gradation, Troubleshooting.

Installation and commissioning on HMI systems integrated on elevators controllers. Automatic door drive such as Sematic, Farmator, QKS etc.

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Carrying out periodic Safety and Quality inspections,Checks & adjustments on electrical equipments, gears, hydraulics, drive systems, motors overload deletion devices, brakes, door and locks.

Commissioning & troubleshooting on different Automatic Rescue Device system such as ADCON, East Technology etc.

Commissioning on different type of Serial communications systems like Gateway, Group Bus, CAN BUS, LON BUS, LAN BUS etc. and different types of interface like RS232, RS485, RJ-45.

Commissioning of supervisory display panels, lobby vision panels etc.

Able to analyze PMT vibration recorded data i.e. EVA625 or equivalent. able to explain the X, Y, Z axis, dBA readings, milliG readings and compare these to the locally accepted standards,with a comment on the ride quality of the example and how a problem in the Z axis may be addressed (machine / drive / sheave / ropes).

MITSUBISHI ELEVATORS from 02.02.09 to 24.03.13, working as a Senior Engineer Installation and responsible for eastern region .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling project activities such heavy machinery installation & testing-commissioning.

Project estimation, installation commissioning of elevators & escalators at site,client negotiation.

Provide design inputs on Electrical,BMS Systems,Safety Systems at various stage of construction.

Co-ordination with Architect and all service consultants regarding design & details required and

examine the proposed construction site,Liaison with Architect, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers

with regard to work execution,Installation.

Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels of elevators & escalators.

Proficient in HVAC related works for elevators,Monitoring Capital Budgeting and actual expenditure,

integration with structural, architectural drawings for smooth execution of work at site.

Monitoring the progress with reference to project Schedule,Proper Co-ordination with site team regarding quantum of work executed regular basis to ensure timely completion.

Preparation of Subcontractor agreement, finalization of work order & rates with contractor,Estimation of Direct & Indirect Cost, Tender program, Construction Methodology, Equipment & Manpower deployment plan, Material Statement,Issuance of tenders, pre bids meetings.

negotiations and finalization of contractors, coordination with architects, consultants etc.,Finalization and approval of design documents, tender documents,tender/ GFC drawings.

Project handled :

1.RMZ ECOSPACE : The commercial HUB made by AMBUJA REALTY situated in Rajarhat, Newtown area in Kolkata, which contains 50 nos elevators in 8 commercial blocks & Food court.

2.Prasad Exotica : It is residential building project made by PRASAD GROUP which contains 16 nos elevators with 11 no of stops in 8 Residential tower situated in E.M. Bypass area.

3.BNKE INFINITY IT Park : The IT lagoon park made by INFINITY group is a 16 story commercial building which contains 8 nos. high speed elevators situated in SEC-V, Salt lake,Kolkata.

4.MERLIN INFINITY IT PARK : The 20 story IT building contains 7 nos high speed passenger elevators, where Mitsubishi elevators are applying without scaffolding(WOS) method installation first time in INDIA. All elevators are consisting gearless type traction machine with PM motor.

5.MERTIN BURN IT PARK : The 20 story IT building contains 6 nos high speed elevators which contains gearless type traction machine with PM motor.

6.URBANA : The 45 story residential complex situated in Anadapur near Ruby hospital. Which consists of fastest passenger elevators in Kolkata and the towers are tallest tower in Kolkata.The total project contains 29 nos passenger elevators.

GRUNDFOS PUMPS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED from 10.08.07 up to 21.01.09, and worked as a Sales & Service Engineer of Industrial Segment all over West Bengal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Undergone training in various departments : Manufacturing and Quality,Service,Supply chain

Management, external and internal sales, marketing.

Responsible for Selection & Design of pumping system for Industrial application like Hydraulic

Lifting, Water Circulation, Water Transfer, RO System, Washing system, Machine Tool application etc.
