- Extract information from AS BUILT drawing and AS BUILT Reports to complete RBI and Risk accessment

- Monitor Corrosion Coupon and Corrosion probe reading as well as Inspection Report accosiated with Corrosion Management Plan

- Calculate MAWT and VOR (Minimum Allowable Wall thickness) and (Volume of release) to be checked and rechecked to get accurate measurements based on API 581, 660 Standards, ASME B31.4 and ASME B31.8

- Assist RBI engineers in for technical data to achieve Inspection Plan which will be sent to Client (Consultant to Client)

Accomplishments

- Completed Asset integrity equipments for 4 Talisman Offshore Platforms (Bunga Raya) and (Bunga Orkid) including Well Head Riser Platforms and Central Processing Plant Platforms for all Static Equipment using RBI software known as Galiom.

- Completed Asset Integrity equipments for Gas Processing Plant for VICO Indonesian Project, Mutiara Central and assisting Senior RBI Engineer in Inputting data in a RBI Software known as Synergi RBI Onshore for Pressure Vessels, Piping, Heat Exchanger, Drums etc.

- Completing Asset Integrity pipelines for 17 Pipelines under Murphy Project, RBI for Pipelines

- Very Well versed at extracting information from GA Drawing for Various Equipments, PFD (Process Flow Diagram), P&ID Diagram, Design and Inspection reports
