Conducting 24/7 monitoring to the client’s PI production system. Tasks included conducting frequent technical checks on the SAP PI system particularly on the following areas: Inbound and Outbound Queues, Adapter Engine, Communication Channel, Transactional Messages, Business Process Engine, Java Connection status, Seeburger monitoring and XML messages.

Implement workarounds in XI system whenever errors are encountered.
