Duties:

Handled all permits, HR (Human Resource) dept which included all employee payroll, 401k, Insurances (both for employees and company), account payables, account receivables, answering telephones, sending out daily fax, corresponding via email with customers, maintaining daily, yearly, monthly, quarterly reports and profit/loss statements. All aspects of maintaining a smooth operating office/ business.

Job ended due to current Coal Market.

Control Products, inc.

(Nov. 2000- Aug. 2011) – Hrly. $13 Office Manager (Retail)

Duties:

Customer interaction, daily sales and operations, responsible for large bank deposits, month/daily sales reports as well as year end profit/loss statements and Inventory control. Bought and sold heavy equipment, tripled companies sales in the 11 years I was employed.

Job ended due to my resigning from position to seek career in different field.

Duties:

Full service travel agent, made sure customer’s needs were met from hotel reservations, car rentals, airfare, cruises etc.

Job ended due to travel agency shutting down.
