Description:
Remote monitoring of all the Windows, UNIX, LINUX, Storage, and boxes spanned across the entire AAA Data center.
Incident Management: Driving the bridge call once the issue reported from service desk and engaging the support team to work toward fixing the issue and bringing back the services.
Responsibilities
Monitor the entire IT Infra located across all the datacenters with the help of monitoring tools like BPPM, Site scope, Symantec OPS center.
Understand & amp; identify the alerts based on the description and assign tickets to the respective tracks based on the server naming convention within the defined SLA.
Adhere to the SLA's&OLA's set .
As an Incident manager – identifying the priority of the issue by gathering information from command center, Service Desk and technical team.
Sending out IT ALERT and IT Notifications to the end user about ongoing issue before initiating the bridge call.
Driving the bridge call toward to fixing the issue and bringing back the business to normal
Raising the problem ticket or change request after the issue is fixed.
