•Logging on incidents

Handled the responsibilities of help desk on the skill level resolution rates for service calls. Post implementation enhancement requirement gathering and freezing for Device Management process .Direct interaction with the client regarding on issue solving though identifying, analyzing on correct hazard, to prevent future resource by systemic steps which were dealt by me and the incident management team.
