with runouts with in .0003 flatness with in .0003 set my own tools make offset changes as needed also edit program as needed feeds and speeds ect. cut jaws and risers for different parts od chuck Id chuck clearance issues ect.

Also have run a TOSHIBA BTU 5 axis off and on for a fill in guy when somebody was on vacation

also set up and run large HBM most with Toshiba triple 8&9 controls also a Fanuic

set up parts on angle plate or fixture some just table setups mill and bore most of the boring was 2in hole 12 in deep +-.001. ran alot of Incolnel and crome molly can edit program for feeds&speeds. helped run and edit new jobs before they went into production. I was a lead guy and also ran a machine would also load trucks with fork truck dump chips and move parts on the weekends when needed.

I am currently lead man over 20 guys.
