I was significant in reorganizing and then maintaining all personnel files. Was tasked with researching information for a company salary survey where I was successful in gathering valuable competitor salary information. I was responsible for producing many various weekly and monthly statistical reports. Created and updated company and employee bulletin boards where I maintained regular postings such as employee birthday and anniversary announcements, company benefits, statistical reports, etc. Organized and participated in employee and volunteer recognition programs. As the main contact for the employee Leave of Absence (LOA) and Workers’ Compensation (W/C) programs, I provided skillful customer service to each employee who found themselves in need of either a personal/medical leave or workers’ compensation benefits.
