I have 11+ years of experience in the Quality field. I have extensive experience in initiating and conducting internal audits as well as supervising other internal auditors. I have created tons of work instructions and procedures. I have actively participated in multiple ISO and QS certifications. At my current job, I handle all returned product (RMA's) including investigation of failures, disposition of rework and tracking of costs/causes. I supervise the maintenance and calibrating of the gages and test machines used for monitoring quality. I train operators and Quality personnel on proper gage use. I am also in charge of internal rejects (NMR's) including disposition, tracking and implementing any needed corrective actions. I am the PPAP/New project Launch Leader at my current job. I create all the needed FMEA's,control plans, flow charts and any other relevant documentation required by the customer. Accomplishments

Product Improvement

Liaised with (group) to modify and improve the overall product performance in the Tumbling Department.

Eliminated tumbling defects and increased production through recommendation of machine, tumbling media and time adjustments. Created detailed work instructions based on results. Reduced over all NMR rate by 20% in one year.

Reduced the external returns for the tumbling department from 3% down to 0% for one year(based on surface finish and/or FOD.
