• Redefine Brazil business model of $165 MM to avoid FX exposure and reduce local and Tax costs.

• Implementation of AP Invoice Imaging & Automation solution, eliminating data entry jobs.

• Implementation of T&E system for the LATAM Region

• Design of the Governance Model and SOx controls for the LATAM Region.

• Member of the Global SOX Oversight Committee

• Redefine Payroll model for the LATAM Region to support 300 HC

• Generated USS 1MM in financial cost savings through Treasury planning initiatives.
