Identified over 1 million dollars in over charging by vendors at Noranda Aluminum. (Contracted Maintenance of equipment, over charging of materials, overcharging hours,)

Improved extrusion press performance by 25% resulting in available press hours to generate products and revenue. Directly affected On Time Performance. Taber Extrusions

Reduced headcount at Saargummi Rubber by 15%, revamped operational/manufacturing parameters to reduce scrap and improve quality. Results were we were removed from dealer quality probation and met our JIT requirements and quality thresholds (PPM’s)

VAW Aluminum. Managed a Tier 1 supplier that was on probation to a preferred supplier in 5 months. (Target was 6) We met quality requirements, initiated ISO 9000, worked out logistical issues with across the border transportation to and from Mexico.
