As IT- Technical Support Engineer (Agency Staff) at Dahej Manufacturing Division (DMD) of Reliance Industries Limited [from Jan’12 to Present]

The organization is located at Dahej-SEZ near Bharuch, Gujarat and expanded in about 3.4X2.0 km2 area. This manufacturing Unit of RIL comprises of various Plants that manufacture many petrochemical products and polymers. Further a dedicated Construction Project is being executed, as an expansion of the site, which would responsible to carry out all the Civil and Mechanical work designed to setup the PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Plant.

I have been posted as the IT Engineer and responsible to carry out all the I.T. related work during the whole project and working in the Team environment. Following are the task I.T. team needs to carry out, in parallel with ongoing civil work, to establish whole I.T. infrastructure including active-passive networking and its migration with the existing Live system And end-point devices setup.

Experience in installation & support of PCs, MS Office, LAN, WAN & MS Windows.

Install, configure and secure end point user equipment like Desktop PCs, laptops, local Printers as well as network printers and scanners.

Maintain availability of all the network resources and services by reducing its downtime as low as possible.

Monitor and maintain connectivity and functionality of all End point devices like PCs and network printers by using PC dashboard application and Symantec End point Protection all in one application.
