Project Manager- Bakersfield, CA
Project Manager with current credentials managing oil, gas, steam, water production, and separation and injection pipelines projects. Managed works on repairs, additions and new installations of tanks, vessels, compressors, pumps, pipelines, power distribution and controls.
Key Achievement:
Led more than $37MM of 14 pipelines capital projects in Coalinga to successful completion meeting safety, budget and schedule metrics.
Initiated move from Time & Material contracts to Lump sum being the first for off plot Steam distribution pipeline project yield cost saving of >$8MM including shop fabrication and 13 weeks ahead of scheduled completion.
Developed Coalinga gauge setting and pipelines field map leveraging advance and dynamic ArcGIS (ESRI) process by partnering with IT.The map provided asset development team predictive analytics for improved decision making and cost avoidance.
Project Manager- San Ardo, CA
Led San Ardo asset development projects and ensure the cost, schedule and safety matrix by effective communication, engagement and overall support. Surface facilities related to new wells development, tanks, compressors, splitigator and gauge setting extensions were key development projects handled as Project Manager.
Key Achievements:
Completed header extensions and pipelines lines for 37 new wells. Managed to reduce Put-On-Production POP times significantly for new vertical, horizontal producers and injectors which results in reduction of Put-On-Production days and cost saving of $4.16MM.
Worked with engineering consultant for development of San Ardo standard design packages for pipe supports, Splitigator and manifolds which results in substantial time and cost savings of >$0.4MM.
Led a team for Kaizen Lean Sigma event for improvement of pre-stud process and developed a single work process for engineering and construction which results in cost saving of $180MM.
Maintenance & Construction Specialist – Lahore, Pakistan & Bangkok, Thailand (2005 - 2013)
Led all aspects of maintenance and construction, including the installation of storage tanks and terminals facilities in conjunction with the Chevron polices and procedure.
Key Achievements:
Led the outsourcing of maintenance service provider effort which resulted in 15% Opex saving at year end versus business plan targets.
Responsible for project capital budget, schedule and overall project management. With heavy focus on design and procurement scheduling was able to reduce schedule of Global Fiber glass tank system storage tank project by 2 months in a 14 month schedule in Thailand, Egypt and Pakistan.
Deployment of contractor health environment and safety management (CHESM) for all high and medium risk contractors which results in achieving Zero is attainable(ZIA) award.

Civil/Structure Engineer: Islamabad, Pakistan
Provided Civil / structure support to drilling and exploration team for well head related infrastructure, Construction of central gas processing plant and hook up of flow line with well heads. The processing facilities designed for handling maximum flow rate of 90 MMSCFD with estimated cost of $ 115Million.
Key Achievements:
Achieved project milestone of first gas 10% quicker than forecast by utilizing all the precast supports and pipe spools shop fabrication.
Achieved 1.4 million man-hours without a lost time injury on the gas project.
CHINA PETROLEUM & CONSTRUCTION
Feb .2001 – Feb .2003
Planning Engineer: Lahore, Pakistan
Worked as Planning Engineer with China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Company on White Oil Pipeline project which comprises 954 Km of 26in diameter Cross country pipeline with 4 pumping stations, 3 terminal stations and river crossings.
Key Achievements:
Implemented work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
Prepared project controls documents such as resources histogram, progress measurement and reporting systems.
