The job involved the leveling the site and providing a hard 40mm Jelly bed along with mortar and then laying a 1:2:4 Concrete bed with a proper slope towards the drains to drain off the storm water.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

I have Successfully completed project titled ”REMOVAL OF COPPER USING THE POND ASH AND USING THE SAME AS THE PARTIAL REPLACEMENT OF SAND”.

The project involved the removal of copper from an electroplating effluent obtained from an electroplating industry by using pond ash and the same adsorbed pond ash is used as the partial replacement of the sand in 1:2:4 concrete.

Batch test was conducted to know the pH,contact tome and volume at which the copper can be adsorbed completely by pondash. Then to the obtained values the adsorption process is carried out and the adsorbed pond ash is used as 10%,20%,30% replacement of sand in 1:2:4 concrete and obtained a satisfactory results.

ACADEMIC & EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACHIEVEMENTS

I have organized events like New year celebrations and Lakshmi pooja in my school level and acted in drama for a school day. I had participated in Paper craft, Drawing competitions and reached upto district level in paper craft also received prize for drawing.

I have written a story and few lines about the enjoyment for a college magazine in 1st PU.

I was one among the organizing team of Ganesha Festival in BE Final year which is one of the main event in our college.
