Start as Security Guard, promoted in 2003 to Shift Supervisor in the Site Hohenfels, Germany, moved to the Site Vilseck, Germany as Shift Supervisor in 2004, leading a Team of 28 Security Guards, promoted in 2006 to Operational Site Manager, promoted in 2007 to Site Manager, responsible for 128 Security Guards. I did the entire Recruitment Process for the employees in the assigned site.
