Managing, measuring, expediting, compliance of process and continuous improvement in performance of both cost and quality.

Management of the regional Service Delivery and IT Programme functions, with responsibility for the regional IT budget, reviewing IT gross cost, recoveries, rates and issue of recovery models.

Handling the IT requirements for one or more work groups or projects.

Managing IT support of different 2D and 3D Engineering, Project Controls, Document Control software for 600 users.

Linking global, regional and local IT processes by identifying those local processes that fit into global, those requiring local variations with documented business reasons, and rolled out to schedule.
