Lead Support Analyst over a new off-shore contracting team, charged with supporting applications in the Logistics business unit. Organized the support teams into functional areas and established the needed working relationships with the business areas.

Led release discussions with business partners regarding priorities an target dates for production issues and facilitated requirements gathering sessions for small to mid-level enhancement tasks - Agile Kanban style.

Introduced Gantt charting for tracking enhancements assigned to the Support team.

Assigned as a Supervisor over one of the development areas for a 2 year span. In this role, directed project management activities, facilitated support activities, oversaw development plans and performance evaluations for staff members, and participated in budgetary planning for the area.

Led the charge to find a software vendor for an auctioning software package for bidding out obsolete inventories.

Identified and produced operational metrics for the batch processing cycles.

Transitioned into a Technical Liaison role between the Logistics Dev teams and the Systems Infrastructure teams. Point of contact to the Logistics Dev teams for activities that would impact applications in the Logistics Business Unit.

Developer/Analyst/Tester

Contract position in which I worked on two main initiatives. First was Y2K conversion and support for the Accounts Receivable Application. Second, was to verify and make changes to the Accounts Receivable application as they underwent a two version release upgrade on IDMS from release 8 to release 10.

In addition to these projects, I was one of two site representatives for the contracting firm which I represented. This included overseeing 11 other contract staff members on assignment there.
