Conducting performance review meetings on weekly basis on one to one basis as well as on Skype with field executives and following up the same with review of Minutes of Meetings being sent immediately.

Converted 80% of OPC users to Blended Cement users in matter of two months from product launching in Chennai market.

Appointed Stockists and Sub-dealers in unrepresented areas and ensuring product availability in almost all counters in these areas. As a result of this, the sale increased by about 50% in a span of two months.

Long pending bills were effectively and efficiently collected, these payments were nearly written off by the company.

Collected long pending C forms through continuous follow ups and personal visit and reduced sales tax liability to the company.

Got a major order for Battery Charger from a major public sector undertaking BEML despite stiff resistance against using latest technology equipment.
