policies and procedures. I assist the Branch Operations Manager [BOM] and Branch Service

Manager [BSM] in ensuring all operational, compliance, guidelines and controls procedures

are carried out to the letters and strictly adhered to. In my working as a teller, I have also

served as Western Union Officer, Customer Service Officer, Cash Officer and Cheque

Truncator.
