3. Understanding project scope, customer specifications, and any regulatory requirements applicable to the machine being developed.
4. Attending customer meetings, including project status and review meetings, checkout meetings, and acceptance meetings. This includes leading all internal and customer design review meetings for the project.
5. Working with component suppliers to specify, acquire and negotiate quotes for all components required for machine design.
6. Creating complete, organized, detailed print packages and Bill of Materials for release to fabrication and assembly.
7. Supporting machine fabrication and assembly processes as required.
8. Keeping Project Manager aware of any out of scope work through thorough execution of Engineering Change Orders.
