My engineering forte is in water resources management field working experience for more than 45 years, as expert in analyzing and solving most complex projects, in water quality and quantity analysis, construction management, utility management, basic structural analysis including storm water management and utility relocation project.

Assist Staff Engineer of Technical Support Group of the Bureau of Street Services (BSS), City of Los Angeles

Project Engineer designed and managed several principle projects for BSS and city wide

Conducted, monitored and implemented BMPs of SWPPP and NPDES for Bureau’s facilities and city wide.

Developed annual budget for Bureau’s facilities including transportation management projects.

Pointed as member of Major’s Advisor Committee responded for Consolidation of City’s fuel and vehicle dispatch sites

Worked as part of the Green Book Task Force Committee for editing specification related to public utilities and road or pavement structures.

Engineer of the Bureau of Engineering, City of Los Angeles

Designed and reviewed construction documents including spec. and drawings for major sewer lines, pumping stations and treatment plants.

Drafted O&M manual for treatment plant and pumping station
