REPRESANTIVE TECHNICAL DUTIES:

Mechanical maintenance Ship & Oil and Gas Rig and replacement of reciprocating/centrifugal, turbine engines & compressors, pump, gas engine, including prime movers, diesel engine Pump & Valve and auxiliary units. These duties include assessing the condition of engine and compressor, pump other rotating equipment components as well as performing the required maintenance based on company standards and original manufacturer's specifications

GAS TURBINES

Actively involved in the Major overhaul, "C" inspection of Alstom 13 E2 Annular Gas Performed PPM such as crank soak wash, fuel gas nozzles, Controlling IGV, Bleed valve removing for assisting bore scope, P2 Filter, lube oil and hydraulic, air intake filters removal and corrective maintenance job like function test of bleed valves and replacement of bleed valves and other jobs in lube and hydraulic system. Major Job replacement also done as per baroscopic recommendation.

GAS ENGINE

CAT GAS ENGINE 3600 series. (For water injection)Actively involved daily routine jobs, day to day maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

Periodical Maintenance such as crank case oil level checking, adding, coolant checking.

250 hours maintenance such as crank case oil refilling air filters replacement. Lube and fuel filters replacement overhauling such as cylinder head replacement, fuel injector replacement. Turbocharger and water pump replacement, valve lash clearance checking and adjusting and other corrective maintenance on starting systems.

COMPRESSORS

Ingersoll-Rand Reciprocating Compressor overhaul/daily, routine maintenance experience. . Having exposure in liquid film (Floating seal) Seal & Lubrication oil system as well as safety control system. Changing bundle, Mechanical Seal Dry, Floating seal, drive gear box thrust bearing, journal bearing inspection/ changing job done.

Mitsubishi Vertical Lift, Ebara Vertical & Horizontal Pump (for condensate and sea water intake pumps), Shin Nippon, Pacific Heiro Centrifugal pumps.
