Managed personnel on various issues including work in occupied areas, work permits, utility outages, utility control coordination, and road/sidewalk closures.

Worked with customers, utilities operations managers, engineers, and other facilities

Served as point of contact for field and construction-related problems.

Scheduled, organized, and conducted progress meetings.

Monitored construction schedules and provided status reports as requested.

Received submittals and requests for information [RFI’s] from construction administrators.

Conducted constructability reviews of design plans and specifications.

Inspected incoming project materials for compliance and acceptability.

Monitored compliance with contract closeout requirements.

Attended pre-construction and progress meetings.

Attended and assisted with Operational Readiness Reviews and final inspections.

Kept daily report logs for all project activities and maintained contract files as required.

Monitored work quality and compliance with QC plan.

Monitored safety procedures in all construction areas.
