Develop metrologies for newly-emerging technologies and high-volume manufacturing materials. This encompassed machine programming, statistical verification of the stability of the metrology, creation of training material and data reports for suppliers, operators, technicians and engineers. Owner of several optical measuring tools such as optical CMM, non-contact and contact profilometer, white light interferometer. Responsible for all aspects of these tools including hardware and software maintenance, statistical process control, training and safety.

Manufacturing Technician 1994 – 1998
Maintenance and troubleshooting of wafer saws and wafer mounters. Responsible for preventative maintenance and on the spot repair for a bay of 8 saws and two mounters. This included troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and fluid systems.

Prepared wafers and lot travelers in Kitting for release to production. Responsible for balancing work in process levels and ensuring materials and diagrams were on hand before issuing wafers to the line. Notable Achievements
Traveled to Malaysia in 2013 to provide metrology support for new supplier and technology qualification and training to engineers and technicians.
Traveled to China and the Philippines in 2005 to support measurement tool proliferation. Provided advanced Visual Basic programming on this tool.
Repaired a measuring tool in the Santa Clara and Chandler avoiding $100K total in replacement tool and repair costs.
Part of a team that eliminated vendor PM on 8 line tools saving $100K per year. EDUCATION
