Oracle and GIS system upgrade project: Managed the Oracle 11G and GIS system (ESRI Product suite) upgrade project, which deals with a complex environment having multiple databases, COTS applications and custom build modules and applications. This was a 5-phase project. The team included SME, BA, DBA, DBS, Intel, VM, GIS, Developers, testers and storage experts.
IBM Data Power as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Implementation.
Managed and architected the ESB project using Data power to integrate ISC’s business portal to one of ISC’s client . The project had a team size of 18 people. There were external vendors and technical experts involved in this project. This project included the training of in-house resources at the appliance and administration side to implement the rest of the organizational integrations (i.e. Finance and Corporation branch). Managed the following phases of this project. He used agile approach, because of very high change and complex development activities on this project. Used RUP (Rational unified process) methodology for this.
