Partner with Maintenance and Construction organizations to leverage support services to ensure flawless project delivery up to 4.2B and champion sustainability initiatives across Jacobs Field Services globally. Responsible for startup and commissioning in order to provide the Client’s operational team a facility that is mechanically complete in a systematic approach reducing the product to market time period. Utilize change management process to control potential scope changes and work with internal departments to improve process and tools. Develop, approve, and manage Technical Services 4.8 MM budget along with authorizing expenditures. Lead specific departments in Field Services such as Global Project Mobilization, Work Face Planning, Front End Planning, Construction Readiness Reviews, Field Engineers, Maintenance Management, Turnaround Readiness Reviews, Constitution Leadership Training, Field Automation Tools, Field Engineering & Tech Services Management, Lifting & Rigging, Field Electrical & Instrumentation, Field QA/QC, Field Quality & Performance Management, and Completions (Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Check-Out, Start-up and Turnover).

Director, U.S. Maintenance Operations, JFSNA- Responsibilities included safely building and managing 2200 employees across the U.S. to support maintenance projects. Overall budget responsibilities consisted of 2.8MM. Responsible for benchmarking and improving the results and success of safety programs to obliterate safety incidents. Drive and maintain best practices in training to improve quality while meeting revenue targets. Developed and managed contracts, budgets, authorized expenditures, created short and long range operating objectives. Implemented techniques to improve productivity, increased efficiencies, cut costs, and maintained state of the art practices. Insured management training and development needs were identified and programs were initiated. Monitored personnel performance, provided objective coaching, and administered appraisals. General Manager, KBR Industrial Services, Houston, Texas - General Manager with the overall budget responsibility of 2.1MM providing 1800 key disciplines across the SE region to ensure all terms and conditions of contract commitments were performed which included management of customer and KBR assets.

General Manager, KBR Instrument Technology International- Responsible for ensuring company delivered proven electrical maintenance services - instrumentation, power distribution systems, specialty E&I expertise and vast resources to meet the cost and schedule requirements. Keith budget responsibilities consisted of 1.8MM and 1200 employees.
