Reliability Engineer – Project Support Group Lead

Reviewed bits returned and wrote technical reports documenting the condition, application and overall forensic analysis of failure (RCA and Reliability Analysis). Conducted monthly Incident Review Board (IRB) meetings to keep First Alert Incident status updated with Engineering and Field. Reported status of failures to management and Central Reliability Engineering (CRE) weekly. Reported results of Cost of Failure Analysis (CFA) and KPIs to (CRE) quarterly. Supervised and conducted inventory control of bit movement in PEG, R&DA, and DLAB in SAP and worked with Inventory Coordinators and Asset Managers to keep SLOB down. Supervised warehousemen for Product Evaluation Group.

Manufacturing Design Engineer
