Conducted monthly Incident Review Board (IRB) meetings to keep First Alert Incident status updated with Engineering and Field. Reported status of failures to management and Central Reliability Engineering (CRE) weekly. Reported results of Cost of Failure Analysis (CFA) and KPIs to (CRE) quarterly.
