Stock management using SAP like GRN, Delivery notes as per Order Forms and approvals.

Inventory planning and order recommendation using data from the warehouse wise current stock, 6 months sales, monthly sales, Sold not supplied quantities.

Procurement Process:

o Ensure the flow of procurement process in a smooth and professional manner through pre-qualified vendors/suppliers.

o Implement comparative statements for every purchase order to keep the procurement within budgetary limits.

o Final negotiation with vendors regarding discounts, payment terms and delivery period.

o Reviewing procedures continually implementing the practical polices preventing below-specification buying and ensuring the economical procurement.

Shipping and Clearing management with focus on ensuring timely availability of material at site/warehouse.
