Summary:
I’m an experienced mechanical / electrical design CAD drafter, Sub System Engineer in various program(s) throughout
the aerospace industry. My knowledge of the different types of CAD design drafting software and sometimes working two
different CAD systems at the same time to design 2D and 3D models with supporting drawings and BOM’s, from detail, sub
assembly to top assembly hardware and electrical cable harness of military weapons, space payloads, aircraft cabin, airlocks,
wings, fuselage, space capsule structures and ground support hardware, (GSE). I’m familiar with ISO9001, the MIL and NAS engineering standards. I’m also GD&T certified, ASME Y14.5.
I have the experience to do multiple task assignments on the production floor and prepare Corrective Action Request,
(CAR’s), Discrepancy Report (DR’s), in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. I can prepare and present engineering
design reviews with the aid of CAD and briefings for group, management and customer’s (telecom) meetings.
As a prior US Marine, NCO / squad leader, I have the discipline and commitment to my work to my team to lead and
accomplish the goals to the highest standards on behalf of my fellow employees, manager, group, company and my customers.
My work experience has taken me to the forefront of Paul Allen’s Stratolaunch, 6 jet engine twin fuselage payload launch
aircraft, MPCV Crew Module (Lockheed) / Orion Crew Module (Boeing), Constellation program, Orbiter payload / crew
systems, MIR, ISS, Shuttle program, SABIR / SDI, (Star-Wars) program, and the X-37, C-17, C-130, 767 Tanker (IDS)

MA9N storage locker and Duffy Duct Covers air vent opening. Floor manufacturing changes
Discrepancy Report (DR’s) and certifying the products on the Orbiter(s) mid deck for space flight
hardware approval for the NASA / United Space Alliance, (USA) customer.
Modified and redesigned all the Waste Management System (WMS) for all three Orbiters and four
Orbiter trainers (bld. 9) at the Johnson Space Center (JSC/NASA) under the lead of Astronaut and Chief

washers into the Orbiter’s fuel umbilical’s for the 2-inch and 4- inch disconnects and the MPS cryogenics systems.

Worked with Aerojet design engineers of designing the KKV mounting ring for the 3inch divert
engines and rear stabilizer 3 inch maneuvering thrusters.
(FMTV) Stewart and Stevenson / United States Army Tactical Vehicles
Responsible for the redesign of the power relay box and the spreader bar tow hitch on all variations of the
Family Military Tactical Vehicles, (FMTV). Prepared detail drawings to top Installation drawings on the cab,
gun turrets and vehicle frames. Conducted a design study and presentation to the customer (US Army) to
determine the feasibility of replacing the Rockwell truck rear axles with ZF-Industries truck axles on all FMTV line.
Note: Measurement were in metrics for this program (design came from NATO / Austria).
