Work on Project

Erect 132kv DCDS TL (Transmission Line) for Gamesa wind turbine at Shajapur to Chandgarh Project.

Erect 220kv DCDS Substation for DJ Energy India Ltd. at Bhatkhera, Ratlam.

I have done Substation of 220kv & 132kv cable lying, EQUIPMENT erection & maintenance works.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES

Solving the ROW problems, Safety And Maintenance, Compensation Distribution and Project supervision on the site.

Every day Site Execution work progress Monitoring & Preparation of site progress report to submit customer to meet customer satisfaction with proper safety at site i.e. overall site work monitoring.

Arranging for mobilization of vendor / contractor at site.

Coordination with site regarding Erection and commissioning of equipments as per protocol and final documentation for handover of project. Managing the project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of project targets within the time and cost parameters.

Project Title: Pick & Place robot

Description: Pick & Place robot means a robot pick the things from one place to other place. It is controlled by the wired remote with the help of switches. It consist of basically 4 jhonson dc motor with gear, 2 stepper motor, wires, battery & 4 three terminal on/off switches. Jhonson motor is used for to moving the robot such as wheel while stepper motor is used to pick & place the thing & it is also used to up & down because stepper motor is a universal motor.

Mini Project:

Project Title: Solar Trafic Light

Description: In Solar Traffic light use renewable source solar panel which has photodiode it converts sun rays into electric volatage. The main advantage is to give continuous supply. In Solar Traffic Light we use a solar panel, 12V battery, Led’s, step down transformer and one Microcontroller. Program was given to the microcontroller for each ways of road, at one time only one way is free and all remaining ways will be off.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
