I organize repairs, shut downs, scheduling of contractors and the removal/installation of equipment. Took the department to a <8% down time efficiency rating and saw repair cost reduced by 14%, due to my mentoring and teaching the existing and new hire team members. During this time I have made many indirect improvements to equipment to produce a better product at a more effective price point.
