Country Manager and Lead Engineer / SME for 27M dollar Engineering and Installation communication contract to support the US Military across Afghanistan. This contract covers all aspects of communications from TCF, ADN, JDN, MDU, LANs, WANs and global connectivity. Daily duties include SOW, LOM, EDP and MS Project writing with verified cost and time estimates for projects. Provide daily reporting and costing of up to 10 separate projects a day and serve as the conduit to the military and US Government. Program Manager, Afghanistan / Project Manager - Iraq

Oversaw all operations in the Afghanistan Theater. Projects range from ISP/OSP, Microwave, SAT and radar installation and testing. Installation of new Nortel SL100 switch and all required distribution copper and fiber cabling. This project is a full upgrade of all voice systems for the U.S. Military in Baghdad, Iraq. Responsible for all blueprint takeoffs, bidding, parts, and keeping all projects on time and budget. These projects covered the installation of all types of structured and OSP cabling. Southwest Research Institute, San Antonio, Texas – Installed all structured cabling for secure, private and public

networks in new office tower. Time sensitive project, brought in on schedule on budget.

Full service, sales, computer, networking, internet and PC training company. Provided South Texas companies, and individuals with new custom computers, networking, and internet for the over 10 years. Company had contracts with state and large corporations to maintain all their computer and networking needs on a daily basis. Deployed and managed networks ranging from Novell to Microsoft Server 2003. Trained employees in A+, MCP, and MCDST. Sold the Company Jan 2006, company is still thriving and growing.

Responsible for troubleshooting and repair to the chip or component level as necessary. Built and installed all cable, (10 Base T, RG58 and fiber) for Banyon, NT, and Novell networks. Job also includes the research and development of new products for military use.

SGT, 33Y (33W), Shop NCOIC, Assignments included Field Station Augsburg and Berlin. Duties included the testing, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of complex RF/DF systems, satellite telecommunications and a wide range of electronic and computer systems. Served as shop supervisor, responsible for the training of all personnel, coordination with GTE and Mantech Corp., and quality assurance of all work performed. Worked closely with Government contractor in the research, development and troubleshooting of present and proposed systems.
