Waste water treatment using baggases fly ash as adsorbent. Project Description:

Bagasse fly ash, a waste product generated in the sugar industry in India has been converted into a cheap potential adsorbent. Reduce cost of waste water treatment using low cost adsorbent material like bagasses fly ash and activated carbon. The application of fly ash for the treatment of heavy metal, organic waste, COD, BOD effluents is gaining attention as a cost effective, simple and environmentally save means of wastewater treatment. In comparison of bagasses fly ash is less efficient than activated carbon . Trainings:
