Summary of Experience

Over 30 years of Security and Law Enforcement bringing a vast amount of experience that allows the ability to improve in areas that most cannot. Extensive experience and knowledge, in security administration, first line supervision, as well as operations management. Here is a brief summary;

An honorably discharged, US Army Veteran, Military Police Officer, over 3 years where the predominance was devoted to post standard law enforcement. Attending additional law enforcement and military leadership training.

Over 4 years in Armored Security work, progressive positioning, starting as an armed guard and ending as an Operations Supervisor responsible for 32 vehicles and approximately 60 armed security officers.

Over 6 years in Retail Loss Prevention management with attained success in shrinkage program development and a specialist in team development within the asset protection group as well as the entire store. Solid experience in high crime areas.

Over 6 years as a Private Police Officer and Field Training Officer (MCOLES Certified). Within this timeframe conducted several investigations, and arrests. Extensive report writing and responsible for training those recent private police academy graduates.

Over 10 years as a Contract Security Operations Manager was successful in reducing costs and personnel retention. Customer and Officer/Supervisor relations development as the priority. Most successful areas were in development of training methods, post orders, and successful security assessments for both the company and client.
