Developed a grading plan (A, B, C) in which to remove all non performing retailers (C level), develop, coach and mentor B-Level retailers while supporting the A-Level retailers. Increased total sales of all Moto Guzzi products in my Region by 4% in the first year.
Ensured monthly and annual corporate retail sales objectives for the region were attained and maximized.
Prioritized and developed individual sales growth action plans for each of the A & B level individual retailers.
