oCSX Transportation – Railroad contracted as a trainer of Operating Rules to new hires and train service employees being promoted to conductor.

oFederal Railroad Administration – Qualified as an Operating Rules Inspector for the enforcement of 49-CFR established operating practices.

oGrand Trunk Western – Prepared a study of the operating practices of the railroad for the deployment of ACI scanners and nodal computer systems, updating the management information system.

Railroad Construction

oContracted to perform construction of fiber optic cabling for the Metro Atlanta area while insuring EIC compliance of contractors and sub-contractors.

Manager of Transportation – Liaison Officer –Havertown, PA

Acted as a liaison between the company and its parent on fleet matters and scheduled transport of new vehicles to end user while moving the retired units to a remarketing entity. Manages all titles and related licensing activities.

Oversaw the transportation of vehicles and equipment between six maintenance and truck body assembly and repair shops. In addition, participated in the marketing of motor vehicle services and equipment to the parent company and other commercial fleets.
