Technology Program Manager

Brought in to set stage for increased returns and productivity for technical operations group servicing 9,000+ firm-wide applications. Accepted promotion to application on-boarding and metrics team manager based on due diligence and ability to assess and adapt complex systems. Facilitated Syracuse site shutdown with streamlined knowledge transfer processes, led configuration changes of technical systems to increase throughput and automation, and created tracking and analytics system that increased transparency and accountability.
