Main contributor and project manager for the IT development project planning, resourcing, financial monitoring and daily IT operations and team management. Developed digital service strategy and led database driven eService and web development projects. Managed successfully ERP system development and integration to the health care data management system. Technical lead for cost saving program that developed paperless meeting service for the city council and document management system that reduced printing need for over 1 million pages per year. Program manager and technical lead for telecommunication service renewal program that make possible implementation of full mobile services over 2000 employee and creation of new virtual contact centre concepts.

National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), Helsinki Finland Led successfully renewal of the THL web services (www.thl.fi) program using open source platform (scrum, Liferay). Project including a new service platform development, visual design, and data migration from old portals to new one.
