Project Scope: DHHS is the United States government’s principal agency for protecting the health of all Americans and providing basic human services. Financial Business Intelligence System (FBIS) DWH accounting system is Oracle OBIA application and is responsible to process the data from NIH Business System, CMS and UFMS (Unified Financial Management System) EBS OLTP system. The financial management systems of HHS are undergoing a major upgrade as part of the Financial Systems Improvement Program (FSIP). UFMS, one of the three financial systems to be upgraded, is also a major data source for FBIS.
