Operation Manager, Empacadora Toledo S.A., Guatemala, 2012 - 2015

•Established strategies to exceed the company’s goals by observing and analyzing the different KPI’s to make opportune adjustments without exceeding department’s budget.

•Directed the exportation of the supply chain and surpassed the client’s expectations with over 98% fill rate.

•Managed the Central America distribution stream with an annual growth of 25% under my leadership

•Supervised the daily operations of local suppliers and international clients. This included: deliveries, cost analysis, quality assurance, contract negotiations, procedures, logistical coordination and financial accounting management.

•Implemented the use of the Lean Six Sigma program, which optimized scheduling, procedures and quality of work. The efficient use resulted in a 20% cost reduction three years in a row.

•Purchased parts and equipment from international suppliers. Negotiated better terms, discounts and prices. Reduced inventory by 10% and improved inventory rotation and cash flow.

•Prepared monthly S&OP meetings, forecasting and following up on the projection of sales.

•Internal auditor for ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 Quality Systems.
