Total Loss: In total loss dealt with guarantee automobile protection (gap) companies, insurance companies and the customers. I dealt with approximately 130 total loss accounts per week. Saved the company $140,000+ in total loss write-offs.

Customer Service Unit (CSU): Experience includes progressively responsible, analytical and administrative experience. Coordination of administrative, clinical or other service activities for internal customers. Pulled end of month reports and daily reports for processing or filing. Assisted in solving and/or resolving approximately 200 customer account issues monthly.
Credit Reanalysis: Processed substitution of collateral vehicles (SOC) this entailed working with dealers, insurance companies, customers and the Re-Acquired Vehicles Department (RAV) for Ford Motor Company. These averaged around eighty per month.
Title Department: Followed-up with dealers for new lien registration and titles for approximately 300 to 400 inbound title receiving and filing and around 1,100 for releasing outbound titles to dealers/companies/customers in different states.
