Primary contact for the company’s largest 2 major suppliers Mediated issues arising from discrepancies between contractual obligations and services delivered by service technicians. Liaison between service department and customers. Managed the daily schedule for 28 service technicians and coordinated their activities with the 22 superintendents in the field. Verified all measurements from service technicians. Insured all measurements were accurate and made adjustments within my authority. Operation Manager/Traffic Manager

Directed the day to day operations of the rail, land and sea freight movements. Prepared all documentation for shipments, bills of lading, custom clearance and dock receipts. Implemented a safety inspection in line with OSHA Requirements prior to the actual passing of the law. Handled all scale operations, net, tare and gross vehicle weights for all vehicles using the facility. Responsible for state specific DOT, IRP, IFTA compliance with respect to a fleet of 32 roll off and garbage trucks, 28 tractors and 250 trailers. Directly managed 18 supervisors and monitored the daily actions of 190 employees. Led a monthly OSHA mandated safety meeting - processed all required paperwork.
